How to Add an Individual Item

Want to add something simple to your meal plan — like a snack, a side, or a quick bite that’s not part of a recipe? You can manually add an individual item to any meal.

On Desktop

  • Go to your Meal Plan

  • Click the “+” sign next to the meal where you want to add the item

  • Select Add a single item…

  • Enter a name for the item (e.g., “1 hard-boiled egg”, “Protein bar”)

  • Optionally, enter the nutrition information (calories, fat, carbs, protein)

  • Click Confirm

On Mobile

  • Open your Meal Plan

  • Tap the “+” sign next to the meal where you want to add the item

  • Tap Add a single item…

  • Enter the item name and optional nutrition info

  • Tap Confirm to save

Note: This is great for adding things like simple meals, snacks, or anything outside your regular recipes.


That’s it. The item will show up in your plan with basic details and count toward your nutrition totals if added.
