Can I Pause My Subscription

We don’t currently offer the option to pause your subscription — but we totally get that life gets busy!

If you need a break, you can cancel your subscription at any time and come back whenever you're ready.

What Happens When You Cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing cycle

  • You can download any meal plans you want to save during that time

  • If you return within 60 days, your account settings and history will still be intact

  • After 60 days, your account may be reset and you'll start fresh


Note: Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but it does not trigger a refund automatically. 

If you're eligible for a refund, you’ll need to contact us directly — and we’ll be happy to process it for you.


We hope to offer a pause feature in the future — but for now, cancellation is the best way to take a break.
